Pinteractive Monday

It's Pinteractive Monday again! I've failed the past couple of weeks, still tying up loose ends with my dad. However, I'm back and in full force! The other day, while perusing Target, I saw Bananas on sale for 24 cents. I usually don't buy produce from Target but I had a craving for some Banana Bread and I just happened to pin THIS the other day. The stars align!

I gathered all the appropriate ingredients, all of which I already had in my pantry...I just love it when that happens.

About an hour later, some of the best banana bread I have ever had!

 So yummy.

Recipe from Mini Baker Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
4 tbs buttermilk
3-4 bananas, ripe
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda

DIRECTIONS:
Cream the oil and sugar together. Next, mash the bananas and add to sugar and oil. Add buttermilk and eggs to the sugar mixture. Mix flour and soda together and add to sugar/banana m
ixture.
Pour into loaf pan sprayed with pam and dusted with flour.
Bake at 375 about 55 minutes or until done in center, or about 45 minutes for the minis.

So another Pinteractive complete, what did you make from your pinterest this week?
